Horrible customer service, They are only a agent and only setup your policy with a actual insurance company. They make money by over charging you when making monthly payments and renewing your policy through AAAA instead of the insurance company directly. I renewed my policy direct with the insurance company and made the payment directly for $50 cheaper! There was a glitch and my bank acct was double charged. The insurance company informed me to have my “agent” “AAAA”to email them a copy of the double charge and they will remove. Supervisor Reyes acted as if he knew nothing about my actual insurance company and claimed you can only pay on AAAA site but had the payment in the system showing and the insurance company listed them as the agent and had ALL THE INFO I GAVE TO AAAA. He lied so that I would only pay via AAAA for higher, went around and around till I call with the company in the line then he told the rep from the company that he didn’t say it and wanted to call them directly without me on the line. If you use the look on your policy and identify your insurance company, register on their site and make you payment and renew without the extra $15-$50. I will be switching after 8yrs plus with them per this guy. Hung up in my face several times and won’t give info to escalate the poor customer service experience! This office has gone down since Victor left who originally signed me up.
