Allstate has been my insurance provider for my home for 20+ years. I had a claim in 2017 for my roof due to hail damage. Because I have been such a loyal and long term customer my agent Joseph Borkowski honored that claim and expedited it so that I was able to get a new roof. The entire staff was very helpful. Calls were returned in a timely manner and I am very pleased. I am so grateful and thankful to the Allstate team for their service and I would recommend them to anyone seeking an agent.

This place is good with helping you out, when they are there. We would call and they don't answer. Last few times I've tried to go they have been closed during business hours. We had to go to another allstate office in new braunfels twice.
