I recently called into the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Megan! I was in the market for health insurance and even though their office doesn’t offer that type of coverage Megan was very pleasant to talk to! She was very personable and resourceful! She pointed me in exactly the right direction I needed to go! I recommend everyone ask for her! She will brighten your day with her bubbly personality! We just moved to Spring Branch, Texas and as a 30 customer with State Farm, we called this agent to transfer our policy from Virginia to Texas. The agent May Watts was the first person who I spoke with and I am glad she answered the phone. She is the most pleasant and helpful agent that I have ever encountered and welcomed me and my family to Texas in the nicest way! If you are looking for an insurance company, I totally recommend State Farm and if you are looking for an agent, call May Watts. You will be happy that you did!nnMORE GOOD NEWS!!!nThis shout out goes to Amanda Rammel at Jeremy Fuller's office!nThree deer hit me in two months and the last really took a toll on my car.nI called Amanda and she quickly got to work answering my questions such as: Can I get my car towed (the radiator was damaged), can you help me get a rental (took care of that quickly and even volunteered to pick me up at work when he rental car place couldn't), and talked to the total claims department to help us get our car repaired.nnMr. Fuller is so lucky to have Amanda and May working in his office!nThey are the best because they really care about their customers and go the extra mile and we are very glad that they work so hard!

Just bought my very first car and was under the pressure of thinking my insurance would be much higher and with my previous coverage it was going up ridiculously high. Got on the phone with Angela and she was so very quick with giving me the needed information and being as clear as possible in the midst of all the anxiety and excitement of a new car!nShe saved me big bucks and gave me this huge relief with worrying about my coverage. She even took the time to call me back the next morning to see how things went and made sure everything went thru and got me set with auto pay. Thanks again Angela I truly appreciated all your help!

Agent May Watts helped us switch our home & auto insurance to State Farm. We were able to have our same coverage for almost half the premium we had been paying and immediately. I would highly recommend May to anyone looking for a competent and dependable agent for insurance needs.
