Juan helped both my wife and me find the MA plan that best met our needs this year as we turned 65 and became eligible for Medicare. As the open enrollment period approached, Juan informed us that our doctors had not contracted in our current plan for 2021 and guided us to a different plan that meets all our needs for the new year. Juan is very personable and spent the time necessary to make sure we were satisfied with our Medicare Advantage choice..
