Possibly the best drive-through we've ever seen. We were served a hot chocolate upon arrival and the kids were given these cool glasses that reveal images in the lights...they loved them! The wait was long but so worth it. It's all about the kiddies anyway and they were thrilled!

We had tickets to the light show on a Saturday night but when we got there the line was so long. It would’ve been an hour wait at the very minimum. No way our two year old was going to sit in a car and wait for that long. Next year they need to have certain time slots for people and maybe that will help with the flow. I emailed the company and they changed the date on our tickets for a weeknight which they said would have much shorter lines (great customer service). We ended up going on a Thursday night and there was no wait. I thought the lights were great and our two year old LOVED them.

The light show was good. Better planning and execution could lead to a lot better experience. We purchased the VIP tickets. The lane to get the expedited entry was a 35 minute wait to even break off into its own lane (understandable because we went on Christmas night), however clear instructions were not given so the VIP lane only saves you a few minutes towards the end of the line. With the VIP Purchase the kids were supposed to get souvenir cups with their hot chocolate and they did not. Not the best experience by far.

We bought tickets for a Sunday night. Got there at 6:45 pm. There was more than 100 cars in line with nobody directing traffic. In about 20 minutes we moved up five car spaces. Line went from Gaylord to 121. We ended up leaving. With kids would be hard to do a 10pm but who knows what the lines would be like

It’s hard to disappoint with Christmas lights, but they found a way to do just that. First of all, a major lack of proper signage telling you where to enter. I guess that’s the negative on going on Tuesday night when there are no lines. There were some guys standing around talking and it wasn’t until I rolled my window down did they even acknowledge to me.nnThen you pay your money. They tell you to tune in to a certain radio station, but none of the lights are dancing or working with the music. So feel free to just keep listening to whatever you were listening to before you arrived.nnThere’s a pretty nativity scene at the end, however you just don’t get much of a Christmas feel throughout most of the journey. Maybe if I paid the extra $20 for hot cocoa and cookies, I would’ve felt the holiday spirit pouring through my veins.nnThe best view you can get is driving north on the tollway. Also, check out Deerfield off of Legacy, in Plano.
