First time ever getting waxed and I'm happy to say I will be going back. I had Morgan for my Brazilian and she was excellent. I was nervous and not sure what to expect from the whole experience but she was very friendly, professional, and walked me through the process. She was great with any questions I had and I have already booked my next appointment with her.

I have been going to European Wax Center for a while. Jade is my aesthetician and she’s absolutely fantastic. She has done an amazing job shaping and reshaping my eyebrows. She is always sweet and very professional. You can request her when you make an appointment.

Had a Brazilian with Jade this morning and I went in so hesitant because I had a horrible experience 4 years ago and hadn’t been back to waxing since then. I took a chance and it was the best experience! Jade was professional and so, so kind. I would highly recommend her as she is so relaxing to be around. Thank you, Jade! I’ll be seeing you in 4 weeks!

idk who hired the front desk person because her service was trash. i just had questions regarding the pricing and services as it was my first time but she kept sighing rudely every time i added questions.if a customer doesn't know the info your job is to let us know how things work or ask us to be specific, please don't treat us like we're stupid.
