I love going here for a facial. Rene is the absolute best! I go to her every time and she does a great job and has recommended great products for a better home routine. She knows her stuff. My skin is looking much better than it used to.

I am very pleased with this location! I have used 4 therapists, all have been great, but the two that stand out are Anna and Hepziba!! They go above and beyond and are so thorough. I have been coming here for almost 6 months and have yet to have a bad experience.

I went to this location in Frisco for a little over 4 years and I will never go to this company again. I had a wonderful experience with one therapist and was happy. Then, he left, I don’t know where he went or if he got fired but I have a feeling they let him go because he wouldn’t upsell anything. I had to go to a different therapist because you can’t cancel without a good reason. Three different therapists later I was finally able to cancel. They try to upsell me during the massage. They ask about scars and how you got them. It wasn’t a bit relaxing it was annoying and I felt like all they are sales people! Finally after turning in a written cancel request they let me cancel. I do not recommend this place and I really wouldn’t be surprised if every location is the same. They are all about the upsells and money. I know they want to make money like everyone else but it’s pretty ridiculous when all you want to do is relax.

I arrived at 9am for my scheduled appointment. I was informed I had been texted slightly prior that morning to cancel. I let Crystal know I did not receive the text. She proceeded to state she had the right number. I asked why I didn’t receive a call if so close to the appointment; and, I never got a text. Crystal proceeded to state that she was too busy to call since she had other cancelations.nnThe lack of customer service at this location blows me away. I will not be returning

Been in health care since 2005 and have never run across such a bad experience in any industry as I have today with this location. They feel it is within their right to steel hard earned money and not offer a solution. I even asked to sign back up as a member to be able to keep my expiring massages and a big NO is all they came back with. I would not even come close to recommending this place unless you want to get scammed out of money. Funny they could never get me in when I tried to get massages, but that was my fault. Reason why there is so many consumer affairs complaints about these guys. Funny it doesn't even take much to do the right thing. I had to edit my review - they won't even send the contracts out to be reviewed - this place is such a disgrace for small businesses and alternative healthcare.
