I am normally not a complainer. However, I had an appointment on October 25 or 26 and it was canceled. I had to reschedule for the 27th. Adrianna did the fill. When I left and looked closely at my lashes they were not filled in on the outer or inner corners, just the middle. About a week after the fill, 5 or 6 lashes fell out of my right eye and I had this huge gap in the middle. I thought about waiting until I went for the fill on Nov 21 but it was so obvious that I called. The few times I called there was no answer. Today, I spoke to Adrianna and explained the above and also that there are globs of glue visible and that I wasn't happy. I have worn lashes for 5 years so I know how they last on me, how they wear, how to properly care for them, etc. All I got from her were excuses. I asked her if she would like to resolve the issue or cancel my next fill and she opted for canceling the fill. I'm surprised that you have so much business, that you are willing to turn someone away instead of making it right for the customer. I am also surprised that you are willing to have someone share their bad experience with the internet and everyone they know because you weren't willing to resolve a measly $45 BAD fill.
