Amazing customer service. My pick up of the car took less than 15 minutes from arrival to departure. The only downside was the small vehicle selection to choose from. I will definitely contact them again when in need.

Excellent service qt Spring Branch, TX location.nThey called ahead to setup a rental vehicle. Then searched the city to find the premium option desired.nThere was good communication from beginning to end.nThank you for helping to make our transportation needs safe & pleasant, while our SUV was being repaired.

I used the location in Spring Branch, TX (near Canyon Lake & New Braunsfels). I reserved an intermediate SUV, but was given a minivan because they did not have the vehicle I requested. The vehicle was dirty and smelled awful, so I complained. Chris called me and apologized. Since this happened at closing, he brought a new vehicle to our house and swapped it out. The reason I give them 5 stars is because of their prompt response to my complaint. I have rented several vehicles in the past few months from Enterprise and I cannot say I have been impressed. But, Chris’ ability to bring a new clean vehicle to my house was outstanding customer service.

Best experience, she has the utmost patience and explains every detail and questions... our price was exactly as she quoted us... this type of Customer Service is why we’ll return to this Enterprise in Bulverde... again thanks Ms Megan Great Service And Attitude

Reserved a vehicle at this location on Sunday afternoon, to pick up at 9 a.m. the following morning so that I could get to work.nI get a call the following morning that they don’t have a vehicle for me. The woman informed me she had 25 reservations ahead of me & refused to help. Said I needed to call around myself. ud83dude21 First off, Enterprise has no right to lead people into thinking they have a car reserved for them when they actually do not. Second, I find it hard to believe that there were 25 reservations ahead of me in Bulverde.nThis is not the first time Enterprise has shown poor customer service for us.
