I wish I could give it a 5. However the points I am going to share are what made me give it a 2. First the wonderful aspects of the RV park.n- It is inexpensive. But you get what you pay for.n- there are trees and a great walking path and doggy park.n- fabulous fish pondn- there is a fabulous lady who works the grounds. If you see a sweet lady with long blond hair. Rebecca, say hello and give her a smile, she is precious.nnNow the negative things to watch out for.n- all sites are uneven and very close to others. I mean all.n-their sewage connections are not what you are use too, a good wind or a rain drainage can and has knocked it out and OH! the smells. You can't sit outside and enjoy the evening without smelling this every day.n- Next to the park are storage units and there are no restrictions to when the people can go in and deal with their storage unit. Be prepared to hear loud sounds or voices and banging in the night.n- highway is extremely loud, if you are lucky to get the back, it's not too bad.n- trees I mentioned are beautiful but there is a down side, they are not trimmed and the wind scrapes the top and sides of your RV. There are older RVs with major tree damage.n- wifi sucks!!!n- very rude office staffnnThese are things that can be fixed. However I would have rather have paid a little more than go through these.nI stayed here 5 months.

This place is a community. Most people here are full-timers who are there year round which is why it's tough to get a spot. Get on the waitlist and be persistent. The internet is not good, so you will have to set up your own service. My reception was limited because of the area/trees. My lot was spacious and had plenty of space and shade. The neighbors were friendly and willing to offer advice or help. I will say, that I had a problem with mice in my trailer while I was there. The trailer didn't have them when I moved in, but I did live next to the storage units and of course in a nature type area. Be ware. It is off the busy highway, but once you are in you don't really hear the outside noise. The employees are friendly as well.

I lived there full time 8 months in Summer of 2017- Spring of 2018 They never judge me based off my age as I was 20 yrs old when I started to live there. I was the youngest person that lived there but it didn’t matter everyone was so sweet and to my knowledge no one had a problem with me.nThe people who live there are a very tight community when a young couple’s trailer burnt down everyone was offering ways to help them. Multiple people would search daily for the couple’s missing cat who did eventually come home to just say goodbye.nThe dog park was my favorite! I had two dogs that loved to visit Charlie the Donkey and we would bring him and the longhorn carrots! They knew my whistle and would move as fast as they could for carrots and head scratches!nWhen I upgraded from a small 22 ft trailer to a 34 ft fifth wheel they had no problem moving me. I was a little frustrated at first because it was closer to the highway and one of my dog was a door darter at the time but a little baby gate fixed that. I didn’t hear any noise from the highway except an occasional honk. I was on the second row of trailers/RVs and the property came down slightly so that seemed to help.nOnly issue I ever had there was at 4 am my elderly neighbor’s outdoor speakers went off for a couple days in a row playing some talk radio. It was right by my sleeping area and no fan or white noise helped so I just told he grandchild or child (not sure) Who would visit every once in a while he denied it at first And kind of got mad but it stopped after that so he must have fixed the problem. Kinda silly the 20 yr old complain about an elderly mans radio being too loud! Haha!

This is a great RV park, with clubhouses, a nature trail, a great dog run area, and good shower and laundry facilities. They have activities, especially during the winter time.nnSome of the front office staff are not the best, but some are fantastic.nnBut the one thing that gets them only 4 stars is they do not allow you to wash your car. If they fixed that, it would be 5 stars.
