This place is only for picking up parcels and prepaid mails and parcels dropping off. Sometimes the staffs are quite busy and takes time to come out. Overall it's OK.
Expecting certified mail which tracking number indicated was at this facility. KAREN, the manager rummages through some mail and claims the package was returned to sender. No delivery was ever attempted and Nothing on their website indicates that it was returned and the sender did not receive it either. KAREN is the rudest and most obnoxious person I have ever had to deal with. USPS can kiss my a$$. I'm going FedEx or UPS.
If i could give this place 10000 negative starts i absolutely would!!! The lady in the front this morning at 9:am was the rudest person, i have ever encountered in my life!! how can the united state post office allow such rudeness...i never write reviews but this counter lady needs to not be working with customers at all!!!!ni will be filling a complaint with the main office...
It would be nice if management would take responsibilitynfor the careless deliveries that continue to occur from this location. I have had many issues and always call to report it; I am always promised it won't happen again. It keeps happening; when will this end?
had a misdelivered package two weeks ago which should have been delivered alongside another package that was delivered properly.nnThey have been unable to retrieve it. when I first called I spoke with Amber who was very helpful and was trying everything she could but was unable to retrieve it. She is now on vacation.nnI spoke with someone named Karen the other day she seemed like she couldn't get me off the phone quick enough and didn't really seem to care and I am now unable to get anyone on the phone.nnSo I am now out 40 bucks because since the package didn't have insurance unfortunately. You would think the carriera carrier could tell the difference between a 2 and a 4.nnThis also leads me to say there's an untrustworthy person in the 1400 block of Rosedown Lane in Frisco. They got the package. The carrier went and knocked on houses and they were told that they have the package. I was also told one house, the people didn't speak English so they couldn't try to get any further with them. So yay for USPS.nnI've had many close calls these past few years with carriers and I am no longer trusting carriers and will be using a PO box from now on.
