Most friendly staff I’ve ever met. A young gentleman helped me pick a good cat food that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable in all the products and the steps I need to take in switching my cats food. I had an issue with pricing during check out, as the item was incorrectly marked. However, the lady who checked me out was super friendly, helpful, and fixed the problem for me quickly and efficiently. Definitely an amazing shopping experience, with nice and professional staff. I will be back!
Highly recommend Courtney for grooming. She really listened to me and my dog was very excited after his appointment. She knew exactly what I wanted for my dog and I couldn't be happier! Thanks so much Courtney, we will definitely be back!

They have almost no dog supplies in stock and what is there is overpriced. They magically changed their return policy ‘due to covid’ on Jan 1, but corporate can offer no valid reason or when it will allow. Makes absolutely o sense and their employees don’t tell you, misleading the customers! Do not shop here, got to pet smart or a local business.
Your employees were very friendly. One gentleman helped me figure out best type of litter box for my appt. Store clean and organized and I felt welcome. I'll be back!!
