No sense of urgency, and hard to get ahold of on the phone. The V.P. and staff at this location are not interested in satisfying their non-corporate clients. I suspect this is why Zillow is terminating their relationship with them and creating their own title company. In my opinion, Fidelity is incapable and incompetent. Don't use them to facilitate your real estate sale or purchase.

We used Fidelity National Title on Preston Road in Frisco to close on the house we sold as well as the house we bought. Gay Burk was a pleasure to work with! She took excellent care of us, responded promptly to our questions. We would go back any time if we are in need of their services! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
