Everyone at Ann Anderson Agency is absolutely amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable is everything they speak about about Insurance and they are all looking to make sure that all their customers are taken care of by providing the best options, not just based on pricing. Their customer service seems to be their main goal and making sure that every customer has every option presented to them so they know what they are choosing and what exactly they are getting. We are very glad to have Ann Anderson as our Home Insurance agent. She is always reachable and is very helpful in answering questions. During the recent hail storms, our property got affected and Ann made sure that our property got inspected and claims got filed eventhough we were not in town. Ann and Denise in Ann’s office kept updating us through phone and emails about scheduling qualified roofer for inspection and during the whole process of filing claims. Overall the claim process was very smooth, efficient, quick and transparent. We would highly recommend Ann Anderson as Insurance agent for anyone.
