Very happy with the service we have received from Mr. Key and his team! We requested an online quote after we were disappointed with the high rates and inattentive service of another company. We usually don’t have a need to contact our insurance agent, but when we do we appreciate prompt and knowledgeable responses and that is what we have received from Mr. Key and Ms. Julianne in his office! Mr. Key emailed us on a Saturday to ensure we were satisfied and had all of our questions answered. He and Julianne customized our homeowners and auto insurance quotes to our satisfaction and seamlessly processed everything...they also made sure we were aware of all possible discounts available to us! We are very happy with Mr. Key and his team! They provide great service, they are knowledgeable and prompt! They’re also making sure we have the best deal for the proper amount of coverage! What more could you want?

Russell Key and his staff have been incredible. I started my relationship with Russell 3 years ago with the purchase of my home. He then helped to insure my car, jewelry, second home, two more cars, etc. He and his staff are readily available to help with anything and always have a quick response time. I highly recommend Russell Key!
