I had the opportunity to start my State Farm Auto Policy with a variety of agents. However, the staff at Gene Wolfgram's State Farm agency were the most helpful and attentive to my particular auto coverage needs. We've been with Gene's State Farm office in Frisco for many years. We've specifically worked with Chris Lennon for most of the time and she is just FANTASTIC! She is always very responsive, ready and willing to help. After a week of brutal storms, with I'm sure many claims, I had to purchase a new car and needed a change in insurance. Chris was there for us, even responding on the weekend, to ensure we had the change of coverage so we could drive the car off the lot. I would never expect after hours service, but I appreciate and value Chris's willingness to go above and beyond.

I have worked extensively with Chris Lennon, an Account Manager at Gene’s office, through setting up a new car insurance policy after moving out of my prior insurance company’s state and through the home insurance process as we looked to buy a house. She was very responsive and timely, and her assistance and coordination directly with our realtor helped make the process as smooth as it could be! Gene’s office has taken excellent care of us as we worked through some big “firsts,” and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

I've been with Gene Wolfgang and Stacy freeman my account manager for sometime now. I am very pleased with there professionalism and promptness to handle all my situations. I had to change one of my accounts due to buisness no fault of there's at all. I still have my personal vehicle, daughters life insurance under Genes, and Stacy's care. I will not be changing those policies at all. Thank you
