I usually do not participate in these ratings unless I experience bad service, but felt compelled to being that I had such a great experience with my local Allstate agent Brian Knutzen. I had been a State Farm customer for the last twelve years for my automotive insurance needs. When I went to acquire homeowners insurance from State Farm, it occurred to me that I may not be getting the best pricing available compared to others friends that I had spoken with. Being a loyal State Farm customer, I had personally called and then made an office visit to my State Farm insurance agent to get multiple quotes on my homeowners insurance. They could not satisfy a price based on what I felt their insurance policy was worth. I called Brian Knutzen after searching for a local Allstate insurance agent online as an alternative to basically get a quote to compare with State Farm. Brian not only offered me a better deal, but offered almost the exact same coverage for less than the price point I was aiming for. I even added additional coverage and was still under the price point that I was looking for. Brian went line item by line item on the policy to ensure that my coverage met my needs. Brian then asked me about my auto insurance, in which I told him I was happy with my current coverage. Brian asked me to give him a chance at matching my auto insurance needs covering both a Corvette and Lexus. Not only did he beat the pricing with exact same coverage, he ended up saving me a substantial amount of money on my newly acquired homeowners insurance as well.nnOne other thing to mention about Brian, he has been totally responsive to all our needs, always answers emails, and always answers his phone within two rings. This personal attention has really opened my eyes to what customer service means. I hope that in the event that I need to ever make a claim, the same level of customer service will be upheld
