A colleague of mine referred me to Christina Giovannini, and being the cynical type I though “not everything that shine is gold” I figured I have nothing to loose and I am shopping around for insurance anyway. I actually don't live in the Frisco area. But I was checking into new home insurance for our home. I saw all of the good reviews so I had to check it out for myself. I talked with Hailey and as you can tell from the 5 star rating she was great. She answered any question I had and also responded back promptly. She was able to give me a better quote than I even anticipated! Very friendly and nice! Would highly recommend!
Christiana did such a fabulous job on saving me money while also getting me more insurance coverage than I thought possible. She made it seem very easy when it was an extremely confusing process. Insurance, in any capacity, is very tough to grasp. But Brightway and their agents were able to make it painless for my family and I. Definitely referring to anyone I come across!
