Never “in” the office when you want to discuss the reasons behind a surprise 40% premium increase.nAnd definitely will not return phone messages. I feel bad for her office manger who is forced to run block for Brady... b/c she’s actually very professional and pleasant. ps. I’m a business owner who NEVER leaves negative reviews but this one is deserved I’m afraid. Plus we wholeheartedly believe in Farm Bureau as a company, but Brandy needs to learn to deal with clients who need her help figuring things out.
