First time renting from a city location. I always skeptical of city location because they tend not to have the best cars. But safe to say national is rocking. And to complement the amazing car the customer service is AMAZING. You’ll not be disappointed, any questions answered without hesitation and always ready to help
Always love the simplicity of their process. Especially during this time. I walk in pick my vehicle. Drive to checkout and finish in about 5 minutes. It’s like a fast food for cars.
Car was fine. Beware, they will charge you from any angle they can. In violation of their company policies, they will charge you. When they violate their own policies, they will simply apologize.nntry to avoid having to deal with any of the people they employ. They are severely disconnected from their branches and will be unable to reconcile anything beyond an apology. I for one, will never fund an organization like this again.
Charged 50% more than quoted rate and no explanation given after 3 calls to customer care.
