Heinreck was very helpful in getting me a car on short notice. He was professional and willing to help, I appreciated his great attitude.
I picked up a rental from DFW in the evening, drove to my destination then started a new job the following day. I noticed the car had a few stains on the seat, but being that it was in a dark parking structure, didn't inspect the interior too closely. When I drove the vehicle the next day, my allergies started acting up and I found that the car interior not only had nasty stains, but was also covered in pet hair. I had just worked a long day and didn't want to deal with going back to the airport, so I stopped at this location, as it was the closest to my job. They did not have a clean car available since it was the end of day, but arranged for me to exchange my nasty rental for an immaculately clean vehicle the next morning. Both the person who arranged to reserve the car for me the following day and the person who switched me out the following day were so nice and accommodating. They didn't have to take this disgusting car and exchange it out for me, but they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle for my weeklong rental. Thank you so much!
