Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been doing a lot of business with Enterprise since December 2019. I reserved a vehicle several days in advance and before I could come and pick the vehicle up the vehicle was rented out. These people have no customer service skills and no ethics. A good customer should be treated nicely, instead they were rude and treated me as if I could not come in at anytime and pick the vehicle up. The workers wanted me to come in to the minute and pick the car up. I work just like they work and I had to wait until the end of the day, before I could come to the Enterprise. Please work on your people skills and your business sense before you cost Enterprise a lot of good customers. Remember without customers you have no job.

I rented a vehicle from the Baton Rouge, LA airport for one of my team members. They were not asked to inspect the car for any damages prior to leaving. While traveling on the highway about 25 miles outside of Alexandria, LA the tire started losing pressure. We were able to pull over and call for roadside assistance to come change the flat. On the phone we were advised that according to the size of the vehicle it should have a full size spare. This was not the case. We called back and were advised to proceed to the Stryke Ave location in Alexandria. I asked if they would be expecting us and have a car available. The response was that they should. We arrived at the location at 4:15pm. There were 2 customers in front of us that were waiting on vehicles. We waited in the lobby until 5:15pm before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. By this time there were 3 customers behind us as well. We explained what had happened with the tire and that we were directed here to exchange the vehicle. We were then told that they had no other cars available. We asked if there was a tire shop that we could take the tire to get repaired so we could get back on the road to Dallas, TX. They advised that the tire shop closed at 5:00pm. I then pointed out that if someone had offered assistance within the first 15-30 minutes we were standing in the lobby that we could have had the tire repaired and been on our way. Fortunately, I had a car too and we turned in the one with the flat and travelled in my rental. I did call customer service the following day and filed my complaint. I was told that someone from the Baton Rouge location would be following up with me. We did receive an email stating the car was turned in with a tear in the driver seat and a flat tire. It has been over a week and no call. This is the worst customer service experience I have had with Enterprise.

Recently rented from this Enterprise to travel for work. I put in a reservation through that app and when I arrived at the branch it was a quick and easy process! Gave my name and ID and Brian walked me out to my car. He helped me thoroughly inspect the vehicle and that made me feel safe leaving the branch with my rental car. Great job Brian and the team there! You have a completely satisfied customer and I’ll be coming back to rent again!

Tanner was very helpful. He helped me and several other customers get in and out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location.
