The staff was very professional and friendly. Hayden especially was super helpful in getting me in a rental vehicle I felt comfortable in. He was also very kind every time we spoke!
Professional, courteous, and careful service, I will only rent vehicles from Enterprise from now on. They take care of their customers!
Everything well except for cleanliness... There were lots hair either from human or dog on the back seat.
My reservation was for 1pm on a Saturday. I have been at this location since 12:38. The doors are locked. The hours on the door say 12pm. Not sure why they wouldn't call customers to let them know of the hours change. So now I'm without a rental and I've been on hold for customer service since 12:38pm! All customer service says is that they are sorry and can move my reservation to the next day!
Was helped by I believe a guy named Dale? Was very friendly and helped out the whole process. Had issues with Allstate setting up the rental and he went ahead and got the vehicle ready for me before it was even reserved to make sure it was a smoother and quicker transaction. Him and the manager both helped in making all happen. Was the best experiences I ever had going to enterprise. Will highly recommend this location.
