I had to take the time out to acknowledge my experience at this location. I was in a sticky situation & needed a car asap. I must add I felt extremely guilty for arriving at the most annoying time of the day but I didn't have a choice. I felt even worse when several other customers walked in after me, all with in 10 minutes of eachother (right before closing) Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with a young lady Kayla Furlough. I was particularly impressed with Kayla's ability to handle the chaos, as we all needed her attention at the same time. She was ridiculously efficient and professional. We are local business owners and I would give anything to have employees with her courtesy & outstanding customer service. I had to extend my rental and finally returned the car today. I was fortunate enough to work with Kayla throughout the entire 2 weeks. Kayla, I want you to know that you really helped me out beyond belief - I cannot thank you enough. Furthermore, your professionalism did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this location!!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
Awful customer service experience. A female agent was very rude and condescending! I have been doing business with enterprise for years never had such a bad experience. Will never recommend this location!
No cars available so I had to rent a truck. Took it off the lot and the tire warning light goes on and I had less than three quarters of a tank of gas. Took it back and they fixed the tire and I told them I would bring the truck back on empty.
Each time I have had to get a car through them at this location, they have been very friendly and make the process quick and easy
