Stewart Title works with builders to help scheme on home buyers, The builders use sophisticated scheme to commit the buyer use this title company. The title company charges the buyer one amount and sends the builder the rest of the funds. These are not referrals. These referrals are all schemes, the builder will not allow the buyer to use another title company, regardless of the relationship the builder and the title company have. They both know it is wrong.

Twice I've done business with this company and twice they have been unprofessional on timing with documents. They do not have much business in which they lack on being up to date with software/programs that are required by your top lenders making your closing process frustrating. Will not be conducting future business with this location.
