Everything went perfectly, starting from being picked up immediately at the airport. It was a short ride and we were helped quickly and courteously. The car worked great and the return was easy and we were taken to the airport right away.

The estimated cost was $238.50 and I was charged more than twice that amount --$549.34!! I have not been able to speak to a manager yet to get an explanation. Also the return instructions are incorrect, saying to return it to section A,B,C or D at the long term section of the airport parking lot. The signs at the airport list remote, commercial and rental return lots and nowhere does it say lots A,B,C or D! I had to pay $10 extra for parking in the wrong lot, and the woman i talked to from Budget argued with me about signage. My sister and I drive around the airport 3 times so I'm pretty sure we saw every sign. We vacation every year and will not be using Budget ever again!

I almost always get the best prices at Budget. I also appreciate that husband and wife can both drive the rental car without paying extra.

Great customer service agent Bmja was very nice and informativenWas a bit surprised about $ 300.00 down payment but was reimbursed next day after returning car.

The sales associate was really disrespectful and did not seem to care that I used a Lyft in order to retrieve the car. He stated that I had a telemarketing number but correctly recalled my cell number. He was not only in-compassionate but also out of character. He stated that I should have called to see if a car was available as per there policy, they are allowed to overbook. I have never received such disrespect and none caring nature
