I had a massage service with Bo as a first time guest and I was highly impressed. He did a phenomenal job when I asked for a deep tissue massage with hot stone. The service was for 90 minutes and worth every penny. Bo was great and made sure he addressed all th issues I had. I went home and ended up sleeping on the couch and woke up the next day not realizing that I passed out from the massage 16 hours later...

I have had multiple issues with this location on scheduling, billing, and overall service. My first 2 massages were awful! My third was incredible but there was a miscommunication on credits and billing. The director Pam called me the next day to discuss and I had to ask her to let me finish explaining things to her because she consistently interrupted me and would not do as I asked her with tipping which ultimately resulted in me not tipping the only therapist I had a great experience with. Extremely disappointed in the communication and costumer service from management. The girls at the front are sweet as can be and have always been very helpful!

My massage was great! Stella paid attention to all my problem areas, and I felt wonderful after my massage. I signed up for a monthly membership! The atmosphere is very relaxing and refreshing, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

I have visited Massage Heights Shadow creek off and on for a few years. I went in to get a gift card. While doing so the system went down,right in the middle of a rush. However, Madison and Mia were very professional. They were able to assist every one and keep their professionalism at the for front. It was quite refreshing. I am strongly considering a membership.
