The post office lady name “Elaine” who worked yesterday in the office is rude how she she approached me as a customer. She needs to be fired! Came at me questioning if I rung the bell twice which I only did once and made it seem like I was bothering her to do her job. Everyone at the store is great and helpful but that lady needs to learn respect and have better customer service. She didn’t like it I questioned her being so rude. I talked to the manager hopefully she got felt with.
In and out fast.
No point on paying extra for 2 day shipping. They never mail things on time.
This location is such. I go to sent my mail to California and I wrote: Ship to on the top and From on bottom. Then next day they ship it to me. I go to ask them why, then they said: they just follow the bottom that mean ship to and they ship for me. They don’t know how to read the letters Ship to and the letters From.nThen I need to pay again and my mail will be late to ship to my friends.
I'm beyond aggravated with this post office!!!!nI have complained about the postman delivering ALL MY MAIL EVERYWHERE BUT MY HOUSE!!!!!! I have been getting late fees on all my payments because of this and I just sick and tired of this. It's not my JOB TO GO LOOK FOR MY MAIL AT NEIGHBORS HOUSES. IF YOUR GOING TO DO YOUR DAMN JOB DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR DONT DO IT AT ALL. AND TO BE HONEST I DONT THINK I SHOULD GET A PO BOX JUST TO MAKE THE LAZY POSTMAN JOB EASIER. I stop him today cause I didn't get any of my mail but I did receive my neighbors. When I stop him which he was in his car already I told and as I was talking to him asking him for me mail. And told him how I got the wrong mail he snatch it from my hand and drove off without telling me or giving me my mail. I swear if I get another late fee the post office will be paying those bills.
