Appt was scheduled at 1:00 to pick up a rental. Came there. Rental not available. A representative from Service King body shop next door informed me that the guy that was in charge of giving me the rental left and did not give a reason. The nice representative from Service King also said he was not picking up any of his phone calls. I asked for his phone number but she was instructed by that guy to not give out his phone number. Maybe he went on a joy ride or something more important?nnBest service ever! Go here if you don’t want to get things done accordingly and want to waste your time. Amazingly unbelievable. One vehicle to choose from - not the vehicle I was authorized for. Got a flat tire on the other side of town and was told I had to purchase a brand new tire on my own and then take to another branch. Left stranded on the other side of town while my husband was late for work and my child was at a neighbors, for over three hours until a friend came to assist me. I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN. NEVER.
My insurance choose enterprise for my rental while car in shop. The car I got stank so bad like smoke, was so dirty from outside, and didn't even have a full tank. I called multiple times no answer. I have filed complaint to corporate office.
Don't answer the phone and then hang up.
