We rented a car from the location on February 12, 2021 to February 16, 2021. We were in the midst of winter storm Uri that week and was not able to return the vehicle within our contract agreement. We called the customer service and one of the reps informed us that we would not be charged any extra fees due to the storm. We would only be accountable for the amount of the contract. The manager Joe didn’t abide by the terms that was given to us by the customer service representative. He instead charged my card on file without my consent because he did not want to deal with us. We called customer service for second time and was told by another representative that we would be accountable for the charges of the original agreement. After waiting 5-7 business, they did not remove the charges. I called again to speak with a manager and 2 managers implied that they didn’t not see any of the notes by representatives and they could not remove any more charges. All calIs are recorded and monitored for quality a assurance and training purposes so I don’t know how they can’t see the notes on our account. I plan to reach out to corporate to resolve this issue.

Had a confirmed rental reservation for TWO WEEKS at this location. The day of pick up, I arrive and they are closed. Phone line disconnected. Doors locked. Lights off. Still listed online as open. I was supposed to pick up the car at 8 am and be in San Antonio by 11:30. I was getting the runaround from customer service and went to THREE different locations before I finally got a car THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER. Do not waste your time or money here.

This location is closed for business. Complete waste of time. The windows and doors and taped shut and the sign has been removed. They are still listed as open on Google which is incorrect. Don’t waste your time.

I had a bad experience, I reserved a car almost a week before leaving on a trip. They charged me with my card, I come to pick up the car and they make me wait an hour to attend to me, then they tell me that I can't take the car because of my credit, then they tell me I have to pay more money to change it to another name that is a scam what they do they just want to get more money from you I just say be careful when coming here

This place is the sorriest Car Rental I've ever dealt with, the guy in dreads working the front is the worst for customer service didnt want to help and was on social media on his phone the whole time! This place needs new management and employees, honestly worst experiences ever!
