My husband is 39 and after 20+ years in his type of work, he was thinking about something different for his future. We set up a 3 hour meeting with Dana, which at first I wondered how it could possibly take 3 hours... and it takes every bit of 3 hours plus some. She is extremely thorough and you learn so much about yourself through this process! Personality and characteristics that you had never thought about before! Also many jobs came up that we had never even heard of or dreamed of. I am so intrigued in this that I even want to take the tests now and see what careers I might fit into! Dana makes the whole thing so interesting and she is so helpful. You can tell that this is not just a job for her, but truly a passion. She is amazing at what she does! This is an amazing service that I wish I would have known about before I went to college to get my first degree. Which I learned after about 7 years of work after graduating that it really wasn't for me. So I went back to school and received a masters in something that interested me. This partially fulfilled my potential via the testing results that I've now received after the second degree. Yet it is still lacking and I see now what potential I have, but I'm already so invested in things that I'm only ok at doing. So it is of the upmost importance that you start your carrier path in the correct direction, which Reeder Consulting is wonderful at providing that primary information.
