I recently went to this location a few days ago. The staff was really nice and professional. I got a facial and massage. During my massage, I had a foot scrub elevation which was nice but I didn't like how the therapist continued with my massage after touching my feet. She started my massage, then did my foot scrub and then started back on my massage again. I also didn't like how I was not offered any different aromatherapy fragrances or oils to choose from during my massage which is typically offered at most spa's I've been to. During check out they offered me a $59.99 monthly plan where you can get a massage or facial monthly or if you don't join their membership you have to pay regular price for their services and the massage is $129*. I didn't like either option because I don't get massages that often and that's alot of money to pay yearly in my opinion for the membership. The regular prices for the services is not worth the money you will pay. I've been to spa's and retreats with better prices and more was offered during the services.

I had a facial with Joyce today, and she was phenomenal. She was very sweet, down to earth, conversational, and also ensured my time with her was very relaxing. I don't take enough time for self care normally, and I'm so glad I ended up booking with Joyce because it was a perfect experience.

I went in for a 90 minute massage, which was a gift from my boyfriend. I arrived at 7:05 for a 7:30 appointment on a Sunday night, early enough to fill out any paperwork. There's a sign at the front door that asks that we wait in our car, to text that we've arrived, and then wait to be called in. I chose to do so and waited, but no text. At 7:22 I called and they said come on in. Upon entering I noticed the lobby was full of people, so why was I instructed to wait? They certainly weren't practicing social distancing, not like I care, but still that's the reason I didn't go inside. The front desk lady asked that I sanitize my hands, so I obliged. She then pulls a thermometer gun out and points it at the center of my head. I quickly ask that she not do that, as it's not good for the brain, and to point it at my wrist instead. With only 8 minutes to go I hurried to fill out the paperwork.nI used the restroom just in case, then met my therapist at the front. She was very nice and when we entered the room she asked what parts hurt... Like why did I fill out an intake form? She could've easily looked it over while I was using the restroom, but I tell her anyway. In the back of my head I'm thinking this conversation is eating into my massage time.nShe leaves the room as I undress and doesn't return until 7:45! She offers hot stones or foot scrub, so I choose hot stones (add $40). We small talk a little and then finally, silence. She then starts asking about pressure, I say she can go harder, which then leads to us talking again... Till the end of my massage, which she ended at 8:50. I asked if time was up and she said almost, so I instructed her to work on my thigh (an area I circled and mentioned to her that she didn't put hardly any effort into), so she worked on it until 9, cleaned up and said bye.nMy massage starting late, added with her ending early, I should've purchased a 60 minute massage and would advise you to do the same. They offer memberships, but based off of how my appointment went I wouldn't get one or go back. I can't trust that they start on time, actually listen to their patients needs (she skimmed over my hands and feet when my right wrist was one of my target areas), and stay silent so their client can relax.nEven though the massage wasn't the best, I thought my therapist was a very kind lady. We had a great conversation and I wish her nothing but the best... This is an honest review though. And although I may like the therapist, her work wasn't my favorite and it's my responsibility to be authentic with how I felt about my experience, which is why I was so detailed. You may be the type of person who loves a good chat while you get a massage, so perhaps Massage Heights would be perfect for you!

Quick and efficient check in. Hand sanitizer, temp check and new client paperwork. Mitch was my therapist and he has great pressure. Responds well to changes in preference and finds knots you don't even know are there. Rose at the front desk was super helpful in explaining memberships and the like. Great customer service and experience for me.

They have strict polices and procedures to keep their staff and clients protected. Everything is sanitized, clients temperatures taken and hands cleaned before full entry into the building. The therapists are required to thoroughly clean each room before clients. Client and therapist must keep masks on during the massage. I thought that would be uncomfortable but it was not. On top of all of this... the massage was phenomenal!
