The Spa facilities are beautiful, the massage was amazingly relaxing. Check-out needs work. We had cocktails by the pool and paid for them by the pool but when checking out for our massage for the day they tried to recharge us for the paid drinks. After 2 trips down the stairs with 2 receipts and a phone call to the downstairs it was hopefully resolved. Will be checking our billing in the future. Other than check-out. Great experience!
Such a beautiful spa, the grounds were amazing. Comparable to the Mandarin Oriental in NYC. Had a sauna, a salt room sauna, steam room, hot bath, hot tub, heated infinity pool, fitness center, relaxing room with fireplace, fresh juice bar with libations and snacks, a gift shop and beautiful grounds throughout to relax around. The private showers had all the toiletries you would need.
Did the Swedish message and it was amazing. I went in with lots of neck pain that I deal with on a daily basis. My pain is completely gone and I now know what melted butter feels like because that's how I felt leaving from there. When u book a spa day u have access to all the amenities which is a nice plus.
The location is beautiful inside and out. With infinity pools, saunas, steam room, cafe, and a list of wellness focused services. The Spa is a must have experience while at the property. I look forward to my next experience.
I received a hot stone massage and was in total bliss! The atmosphere itself is so relaxing and my therapist made sure to pay special attention to my areas of complaint during the massage. Afterwards I was able to spend some time at the vitality pool and even entered the herbal steam room for a bit. I highly recommend that you bring a swimsuit so that you can get in the vitality pool. This was my first time visiting so I did not come prepared but still soaked my feet in the pool a bit. The showers in the spa are also great and they provide all the necessities for you in case you have not brought anything with you! Loved my time spent there!
