I have worked for UPS, FedEx, and the Postal service, at this location. Overall the employees are awesome, however, there are people in the carrier career that have leadership roles that need to step down. There are people that aren't leaders that should be in those leadership roles. Some are made to lead, others get the role because of connections. But overall most of the employees are awesome to work alongside. Go to UPS or FedEx its a better choice.
I use this post office often as it is close to my office (and the one near my home is THE WORST). I have never had a bad experience here! Today was no different. I had a stamp on a letter that I then decided to mail Priority. Michelle made sure the stamp counted towards my postage. Then, I was in a rush and left my phone at the counter. The employees answered the door of the lobby after hours to help me retrieve the phone. If you go to many post offices, you know that this is unfortunately far and away better than experiences usually had at post offices. Thank you, USPS Helotes staff!!!
I'm here about 2-4 a week because I'm an eBay seller. I've always received good customer service everytime I walk in this place. Most of the time the line is short, if it is long they usually have all 3 registers open, and the line moves quick. Yvonne helps me a lot when I'm there, and she provides the best customer service. I live closer to 2 other post offices, but I go out of my way to go to this post office.
Due to construction it’s really inconvenient to get here, and it’s been nearly 2 weeks that I’ve been waiting for my 2 day priority package to be delivered. I shipped other packages 5 days later at a different location and they were delivered just fine.
Didn't answer the phone the first 10 calls and then hanged up on me when I finally got ahold of someone.
