I dont know why I didnt listen to the other 1 star reviews. They re keyed two locks and installed one door knob on a bedroom door for $465. Thats right. you read that right. $465. $115 to install the door knob that i provided for them on the door of one of our doors. $30 for a shop fee, $70 for the service trip fee, two keys for $90, two rekeys for $160.
My daughter called them to unlock her bedroom door. The employee came (without mask) unlocked the door using force and damaged the door and trim very badly. Then charged $185.00 my daughter stated she was quoted $45.00 the employee called her supervisor and charged $130.00 at that point my daughter just paid it. When I saw the damage I called I was told that’s the only way to unlock a door by force I said no I could of opened it that way that’s why I called a professional. He stated no that’s how it works there was nothing I could do. Not even a apology. Very unprofessional I would not recommend not even a 1 star is deserved.
