Recently had a move from one place to another, I called in advance of the move to verify coverage if something were to happen between point A and B. I was advised “your covered”, as a result I didn’t modify my coverage, low and behold an incident occurred. I go to file a claim, pretty much immediately denied, apparently I wasn’t covered. So I call this office to inquire as to why I would be told I’m covered when I wasn’t. I ask the rep to review the call logs to listen to the conversation I was referencing, Am told “I’ll look into it and call you back”. No call back, call two days later to inquire further, again told I’ll get a call back, this time am promised “it will be by the end of today”. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a call. If you want a company who will take your payments for your policies but not hold up their end, then go with this company. Otherwise use literally anyone else. Cancelled all three of my policies effective tomorrow. Take my advice, would hate for anyone else to end up in the boat I’m in. Especially when I did everything I was supposed to as a customer to ensure I was covered.
