Vehicle I rented was clean and nice. My pickup to dropping off process was excellent and smooth.nCompared to my other Enterprise experiences, this was by far the easiest and fastest.nI usually go to another Enterprise but I was very pleased with this location. I think this will be my go-to now. Erica was amazing! She went everything so well and made me feel at ease! I reserved a full-size truck 3 days in advance. When I arrived at the time I stated that I needed to pick it up, they had just rented the only truck they had to the person in front of me. They were able to get another truck for me, but it took an hour to get it. While they did give me 10% off to compensate for the delay, I initially only had a 3 hour time frame to complete the 1st thing I needed the truck for thus greatly limiting my ability to complete that part of my weekend list of task/chores.nnUPDATE: Enterprise has been very responsive. They have listened to my issue, and have taken steps to try to prevent this in the future, as well as offering to help make things right.
