These guys rock. I needed a cab for a total of six trips over 3 days, I made all arrangements including a package quote with Charles in one phone call and two texts. The cabs were spot on time for all six pickups. The cabs were clean and the drivers very courteous, friendly and helpful . Charles was my driver for several of the trips and I really enjoyed talking with him.. He is very interesting. I have these folks on speed dial for the next time I need a cab.
Awesome service! 100% recommend, fair prices, fast pick up and drop off. Was needing to transport my younger brother from north San antonio to downtown, they were able to help over the phone, took payment, picked up in less than 30 minutes, and was dropped off fast. They even called me to notify me he was dropped off. Thank you, I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to transport my brother to a bus station, being that I'm over 400 miles away and he was barely out of jail, with no money and no phone.. you guys made it so simple and professional. A++ service!
I called the number on google to request a cab in san antonio. the guy says they don’t work in san antonio and that i contacted the admin office but wouldn’t transfer me to anyone who could help me get a cab!! Very unprofessional why even put your number on google if you don’t want to do your job?!
New to San Antonio. Needed a cab to the airport , looked up and saw bad reviews for yellow cab and didn't second guess NOT calling them and getting their service. Saw good reviews for county line....and now that I have used this service I see why. Awesome friendly driver, was on time, called and kept in contact, helped me with my bags...very nice and clean cab!!!! This is the only service I will be using from now on. Thanks for the awesome experience!
If punctuality, consistency and professional courtesy are what you are looking for, this is your cab. I have taken an early morning cab ride about 4 times from my home to the airport and the drivers are always outside patiently waiting. They always greet me at the rear of the car and load my luggage and get me to the airport with no delay.
