We have 10 properties we own and manage. We have used multiple plumbing companies over the years. When we have a problem, it is 'immediate need' usually. Even after years hiring a company, we would get someone who didn't know about (or care) about our long term relationship, or understand how we cannot say not now, or maybe tomorrow to a renter who cannot use their toilet! I like having someone who learns our properties and knows and cares about our needs and our tenants needs. Andrew Carr with Five Star Plumbing is that guy for us. He is a very knowledgable, will bust his but to get it right ASAP and really cares and enjoys his job. I can tell he feels a sense of pride when he is finished. I have him on speed dial!! Got a quick and punctual response to our plumbing issue. Paul and Justin were punctual and friendly. They listened well to our issues and were cautious not to make any empty promises.They inspected the crawl space and adjusted what they could in hopes of resolving my issue without the dread of a new septic system. Charges seemed very appropriate for the work they did and we were so pleased with their honesty, knowledge, and ability to trouble shoot. I recommend this company and would hire in the future if I have a plumbing need.

DO NOT use this company! They rip off elderly people by taking advantage of them and not fixing the issue the first time. Charged $700 for air unit still under warranty and now been to the home of my parents 5 times within a month for heat going out. They fix stuff temporarily to charge more money. Hire a legit company that don’t rip old people off!
