Renee was awesome. Set me up with exactly what I needed, got a great deal done fast, and got me on the road in my new wrangler.nFact: A Jeep Wrangler with the top off is like a jet ski because you can't help but be happy driving one at 60MPH. I'll be sending anyone I know that's looking for a Jeep to Renee to get taken care of with a great deal.

After a long and exhausting search for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, we had the BEST experience we could have asked for at Gupton! Renee was kind, helpful, and best of all, not pushy. She allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted, and was very communicative throughout the buying process. We will be buying a second vehicle in the next couple of months, and they will be our first stop.

Got the truck back in just a few days after dropping it off in the service department. Brought it there to have Steering wheel tightened and address a popping in the front of the truck when you turn left.. They said they could not find anything wrong in the front of the truck. I Noticed abnormal tire wear myself. So I took it to an independent alignment shop and had it lined up there. I think Highly of Dodge and their products but their service department has let me down. You think after buying a $55000 truck from them they would have worked harder to address my concerns, and might have noticed front tire wear when customer complained of a front end problem.

Let me just say, that was absolutely the best vehicle repair experience I've ever had at any dealership. That's really saying alot, because I've been driving for 48 yrs. Think I'll buy my next vehicle here, and you should too! Gupton is the polar opposite of all your dealership nightmares, period. They took me in off the street on a Saturday, and solved my problems in a very timely manner. I felt as comfortable there as with favorite local mechanic. Dealt with Mike Friar upon arrival. He's a total pro, kept me informed throughout the process. Hope you will thank mechanic for me, Mike. Quality service- hats off to Gupton Motors!

Out of the numerous dealerships I dealt with during my vehicle search, this place had the best deals and the most courteous team I came across. They had me relaxed and at ease, instead of feeling like just another number. Renee is outstanding and the type of individual every car salesperson should strive to be. If you want great deals and great team members, look no further.
