Not a good place to buy a vehicle. Very dirty business and they will sell you a vehicle that will break down short after and still try and get you to pay on it. Very dissatisfied customer!!!

My best friend purschased a car from here. Had a great experience and was so pleased with the way she was treated. Had only great things to say about them. Well then it all changed. She has only had the car for alittle over a month but got sick after having the car a week. She has now been in the hospital for over 5 weeks. She was waiting on a surgery to fix a blockage to her kidney. While waiting in the hospital to have the surgery...the 3rd day of being there she had a stroke. Was put in CCU and ended up having another stroke and she now has no feeling on her left side...was sent to a rehab to learn to deal with the damage from the stroke. After only being there 3 days.. yesterday she took a turn for the worse...was rushed back to the hospital because she has internal bleeding and had to have emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. She is now in CCU fighting for her life. To make a long story short...she was late getting her payment to them. Yes i know they have a business to run but they were more worried about getting there money and yes they would have gotten it. But this woman is very sick and fragile. And because the money wasnt gave to them within a few days of what we had discussed and agreed on...yes i notified them of the situation and kept in touch they turned it over to be picked up by a repo company. I even talked with Mark after i got a call from James...the repo guy. Yes i have dealt with Mark the whole time and really thought he was a decent person but was greatly disappointed. When i called him after finding out it was going to be picked up...he made a complete turn around. Wouldnt tell me anything...said he had to deal directly with her. Was a complete jerk. How do you go from telling me i can make the payment over the phone to now nothing. Yes my friend was in the right state of mind when she told me to call Tommys cause she couldnt. She is now very critical. What has the world came to that nobody has compassion for anyone anymore. I guess anyone can be nice when they are getting money handed to them. But when it comes to the car payment being late it turns into a liability and you need the car back. What happen to my friend wasn't planned...she was living life just like me and you then her whole world changed. Remember greed gets you no where and this could have just as easily happened to anyone of us. Mark i hope you are able to sleep good at nite and i guess i can say in your defense that you were doing what you thought was right for your business. But sometimes you have to put the person first. On a positive note...the only good thing i can say about Tommys Auto Sales and Mark is that you have a great, kind hearted repo man...Thank you James for backing off and letting me get the car to you instead of just taking it forcefully. I know repo company's get a bad name but James Recovery...i have nothing but kind words and respect for you. This car was this ladies pride and joy. So as a family if she asks how her car is, we will just tell her its safe and sound...waiting for you when you get out. Her state of mind is what keeps her fighting everyday and if telling her a white lie then thats what we do. God Bless and sorry for the long post. Thank you for your time.

For the most part quality cars an they'll do more then most tote your note car lots when it comes to fixin problems with the car

They are great folks with great prices
