Our ac wasn’t working properly and he came out to look at it and figured out the problem within a few minutes and fixed it. It has been a few years ago, but we had good experience with the company. I would recommend.

Came out to look at my unit free of charge. Gave me some tips about my unit. Didn't try to sell me anything or push anything on me. Will definetly use for all my issues in the future.

My wife previously wrote a review for Josh and Thornton's Heating & AC several years ago, but I was compelled to write another today. Josh seems extremely service oriented and has been more responsive than any other service professional we have dealt with in the area. We have had both HVAC service and maintenance needs over the years, including today when our A/C wasn't working, and Josh has always been extremely responsive and professional. I can't recommend Thornton's highly enough.

Called back promptly after message was left. Arrived within the hour, he was professional and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonable. He had part needed new on truck ready to install.Would use again for sure.

Josh is awesome! It took him 2 seconds to identify the issue (bad capacitor), and he quickly had it fixed! He is knowledgeable, friendly and fair with pricing.
