I really wanted to like this place. The selection was really good and I like the overall impression I got from the store. I had high hopes too, because I felt like I really knew what I wanted by the time we got to this store.nnBut, our experience was very disappointing. We had an appointment for late afternoon, but realized in the morning that we had booked our day very tightly and we were running a little behind. We called and asked if we could bump our appointment (which was 5+hours in the future) 15 minutes later and they said that if we arrived late, the hour-long appointment would still end at the same time because they had an appointment after us. Fair enough. We said we would make sure to be on time.nnWe rushed around, sticking with our very tight schedule to make sure that we were there right on time for our appointment. We even got there a couple minutes early. We then proceeded to wait well into our appointment time because the woman working was serving the customer before us.nnWe gathered the dresses I wanted to try. We looked at accessories to try. We twiddled our thumbs. One of the ladies in my party ran and grabbed soft drinks for us. Finally, half an hour later, we were set up with a dressing room. Would've been nice not to have rushed all day just to wait for half an hour, but I guess she'll give us our full hour, right?nnThe woman who was supposed to help us was nice enough, but she spent most of the remainder of my appointment on her phone while my friends did her job. The people for the next appointment arrived early and the woman helping us instantly ignored us and transferred her attention to them. They had a dressing room with their favorite dresses in it in minutes, while we continued on our own.nnStill though, we found three dresses that we liked at least as much as our favorite dress from any other store. We thought seriously about them, but in the end, we couldn't get past the idea that purchasing any one of them would mean putting up with this service. We ended up leaving without even saying thank you because she never came back to us to say good bye. To be clear: we waited to say thank you even after all of that, but she never came back!

Highly recommend Angela's Bridal. Amazing selection, variety of sizes, lovely girls who own and operate. They are friendly, prompt and hands-on helpers. I also loved the ambiance of the store -- best lighting in the business. I bought a beautiful Stella York dress with an amazing price, off-the-rack just months before my wedding. Thanking my lucky stars here I found Angela's Bridal. This was my dream dress - - lace, beading and organza. I'm sure you could find your dream dress here as well.

I could not recommend Angela’s bridal more highly! The service, warmth, and understanding, I received from Jenny and her sister, Stephanie, was unmatched anywhere else I went. I shopped at 4 bridal shops for my wedding dress and this shop set the standard for service in every way. Jenny helped me fit into each dress I tried on almost perfectly as if it was fitted specifically for my body. She also understood my vision and new her selection so well that when I described what I wanted she found several dresses that met the description for me to try on. After finding almost the right one I went to several other stores and realized I had a vision for my absolute perfect dress but couldn’t find it anywhere as much as I explained what I wanted. Then I went back to Angela’s ready to buy my favorite dress of the previous visit but also explained the vision I had and she pulled off another dress from the rack and was like I think this is it. I went into the dressing room, put it on, looked in the mirror, and couldn’t believe it... She took me outside the fitting room to the bigger mirrors on their sort of runway area and I looked in the bigger mirrors and knew it was it. I literally started crying. I was so glad that I found my perfect dress at Angela’s Bridal because their service was just fantastic. I literally cannot say enough good things about Jenny and Stephanie. Go there. I promise you will appreciate how good they are at their jobs and then compare all other bridal specialists to their expertise and it’ll be hard to find someone that even comes close.

This place is terrible! Came in for a bridesmaid dress. They didn’t help at all just sat at the desk. Also refused to take my measurements! I wish I read some of these reviews before going there!

Amazing and friendly staff, huge selection of dresses, and nice big mirrors to show off dresses to your friends and family. Had the best experience here and bought my dress from them. Would recommend to anyone in the greater Boston area!
