I'll give it two stars for the service. I purchased a sterling silver bracelet and several charms in Feb 2018 for my mom's birthday and she loved it! Last month however, she called and told me the bracelet AND charms started to turn colors! I paid over $200 for the bracelet and charms! If she hadn't shown me how it turned from silver to bronze I wouldn't have believed it! I was so embarrassed because prior to me buying it she had never had anything from Pandora and I was literally bragging about how great the bracelets were and that the charms were a great keepsake. BUYER'S BEWARE! These don't last!!!
Copley pandora young salesperson very friendly, helpful and professional. Store very clean .nHad all the items I wanted to purchased. Complied with social distance and number of customers in the store. Will shop there again.
