Very good service. The plumbers were very capable and fixed the problem quickly. They called ahead and arrived shortly thereafter.
Excellent service! They stand by their work and if you have an issue, they'll work with you to get it figured out.
I was referred to this company but went with another company because of the lack of communication, acknowledgement or response from this business.
Arrive on time, fixed my problem but thought they overcharged me. Replaced small washer in 2 outside faucets, took about 20 minutes, charged me $163
I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. I don't much about plumbing, but I do know Sullivan Plumbing was kind, fast, and helped when the other plumbing companies were going to charge me a fortune just to look at my water heater during the holidays. I honestly am so thankful and still am (new water heater is working great 5/6-ish months later). If I ever have another plumbing issue (hopefully I won't) they will be my first call!
