Austin showed up this morning from Jewell Mechanical to perform our annual heating startup maintenance. He was courteous, efficient, timely, and thorough!! Nice young man. We've been customers for years and I highly recommend this company. We stay on a maintenance contract year round, which gives you priority in an emergency!

Brandon was great in getting my appointment scheduled, following up to let me know when someone was on the way and making sure that I was satisfied after the fact. Scott was very professional in his installation and communication regarding his work. He worked quickly and cleaned up completely before he left. I can't say enough great things about both of them. I will definitely use this company again after 2 great experiences.

All we can say is AWESOME! Jewell replaced our air conditioner and did amazing work. Derrick Dunlap did a great job and was very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with this company.

There was a major problem with the toilet in the basement of the church parsonage and it had to be replaced.. It had been done wrong originally by the builders. So Jewell sent Mr. Scott Wilson out and he had to completely replace the flange and install a new toilet in a concrete floor. The flange had been glued to the pipe and it was major job. But with 30 years experience, the job he did was absolutely beautiful.nnI'm the Bishop of the church, age 74 and have never seen a better job done more professionally. Jewell Mechanical also did the work at Point of Mercy, our church in Nashville, and it was the same excellent work there. Use Jewell Mechanical and you will never go elsewhere. They are the best.
