Super relaxed crew. Good selection
Always have hip shirts, very trendy place to go for clothes
The employees were friendly enough but it’s very overpriced for what it is. For a chain store targeted towards teens/young adults I’d assume they’d be more budget friendly for what they sell but I guess not. It would be more reasonable to pay these prices at stores such as express and Bloomingdales. Just go to any thrift store or tjmaxx and you can find the same cute styles for half the price.
The lady at the register was rude to not only me but to her employee who was helping us. We didn't know the return policy, and instead of explaining it to us nicely she gave attitude, I would've given it one star but the guy at the register was friendly
