Wow, talk about a great experience. It’s obvious to me that the staff and managers here are well trained and care about their customers. I will continue to frequent this location over any other for that reason. These are weird times we are living in. To be honest I chose to order for pick up not necessarily due to pandemic fears but for convenience. So when I went to the store and it turned out they didn’t have my purchase I was not bothered for a second. To be honest I can’t imagine how people let little things like apparel shopping snafus bother them at all but that’s beside the point. The woman helping me (I feel so guilty that I cannot remember her name - I generally suck at names) was wildly concerned running all over checking in stock items and eventually apologized and presented me with other options. She has secured my item at another location and ended up personally retrieving the item from another store and brining it back to Legacy for me to pick up at a different date. When I got to the store a couple of days later she (and other staff) immediately recognized me and sent me out of there in no time with well wishes and a nice bonus!!! Retail is hard, especially now, and I commend them. Thank You!

I went to The Gap at Legacy Place today to return some jeans with a defective zipper that id purchased in CA in Sept. Well without a receipt and with so much time passing I was unsure of what I would be told. Suzanne the salesperson or perhaps she is a manager, not only searched and found the jeans in my size but they are having the jeans shipped to my home. I am really thankful for her efforts. And having worked in retail in the past, I like that she really went above and beyond in helping me. MUCH APPRECIATED.

I think Gap struggled with identity for a while. The men's clothing line have been good the last couple seasons. The staff here were really helpful. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the fitting room which is a little overwhelming.
