I just went in with a pair of leggings that I was looking to exchange fully expecting to be turned away but instead I was welcomed with open arms and all of the educators in the store were extremely friendly and helpful and made my shopping trip extremely pleasant! If you have a chance to go to this Lululemon store, I would 110% recommend going as all of the employees are extremely sweet and will go out of their way to make sure you leave in a good mood! Couldn’t recommend going here more!
Had to come in to make an exchange but they didn't have the pants I wanted. The associate named Sarah was wonderful and helped me find what I was looking for. Although they didn't have it in store, she called another store states away to get it shipped to me. Many thanks to Sarah who was super pleasant and friendly.
Love this place and they’re clothes! I just wish they made more colors in tights for men! My wife and I both love the store! And the staff is always friendly!
poor service and lack of professionalism
I bought two very reliable athletic headbands. I also had the sweetest cashier, she was very helpful and kind. Overall a very welcoming and accomidating store.
