Within one hour of calling Choate’s on a Sunday, our technician, Tony, was at our house fixing the heat. He was very knowledgeable & did a great job. I was actually in the deer stand, while my wife was at home. Tony explained everything over the phone to me & got it all fixed up for my family! We will definitelynbe using Choate’s again!
The Choate's team and service was fantastic. They arrived timely and installed heating and a/c units. They explained everything about both systems and finished up very quickly. I was very impressed with all the information they shared. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
This is the third time I have had Choate’s to the house in the past year. I bought the place about a year and a half ago, and have added a mini-split air conditioning and heating unit, had a sink and it’s associated plumbing replaced (the previous owner had run the drain uphill and tried to prop it into place with a paint stick), and now I had them come out and pull about 100 feet of gas line for a broken pool heater out of my attic and the outside of the house. They capped off the line, cut it up, and hauled off the old pipe. Very quick, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use them again!
The technician did a thorough inspection of our furnace and AC unit. He was polite, professional, and patient in answering all of our questions. Will definitely be calling Choates for regular maintenance.
Tony was on time, informative and very knowledgeable. Have only had excellent service when I’ve used them.
